V.I.E. Business Analyst

As part of the strengthening of our marketing team in the EMEA region and to support our growth in rapidly expanding markets, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Reporting to the Director of the Dubai commercial subsidiary and working within a dynamic team of 20 people, you will play a key role in the development of high-growth markets such as data centers, e-mobility, and renewable energy.

After an onboarding period at our headquarters near Strasbourg, you will be responsible for analyzing the Middle Eastern market, identifying trends, evaluating growth opportunities, and anticipating challenges. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will actively contribute to the development of effective marketing and commercial strategies.

1. Conduct in-depth market analyses by business line (power conversion, switching & monitoring, energy storage, and services) and by market segment (data centers, e-mobility, renewable energy, etc.).
2. Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive threats, considering customer needs, competition, industry standards, and regulatory developments.
3. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop tailored strategies that align with business objectives.
4. Support the local team in operational marketing activities, including product launches, trade shows, email campaigns, and social media management.

Requirements

An electrical engineer with additional training in business or marketing, with a successful first experience in marketing.

You are dynamic, curious, open-minded, and have a strong team spirit. You have a keen interest in new technologies.

You can translate complex data into actionable insights and have a sharp business acumen.

Proficiency in office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and social media/digital communication skills are required.

Fluency in French and English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic would be highly appreciated.
