UV Printing Machine Operators

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate UV printing machines according to job specifications
• Prepare printing materials, inks, and substrates for each job
• Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of UV printers
• Troubleshoot machine issues and report any major malfunctions
• Follow safety standards and company procedures during operation
• Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and material usage
• Coordinate with design and production teams to meet client requirements and deadlines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or technical certification in printing or a related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience operating UV flatbed printers (e.g., Mimaki, Roland, Canon, etc.)
• Good understanding of color matching, print layouts, and material handling
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and design files
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if required
