Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and reliable Utility Supervisor / Technicians to join our Utility Department. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and efficient operation of utility equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot screw air compressors.
• Oversee the performance and service of water chillers.
• Maintain and repair AHU (Air Handling Units) and FCU (Fan Coil Units).
• Service and troubleshoot split AC units in the facility.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and take corrective actions.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Maintain logs and service records for all equipment.
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and maintain safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical - Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial utilities or HVAC systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of air compressors, chillers, AHUs, and AC systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
