Job Description

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Used Car Pricing Specialist who lives and breathes the UAE automotive market. If you have at least 3–5 years of experience in used car pricing or sales, know the market like the back of your hand, and have a knack for data-driven decisions and negotiation you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assess used vehicle values based on condition, specs, history, and UAE market demand.
  • Support and refine pricing strategies to maximize profitability and ensure competitive market positioning.
  • Engage in active auction strategies, using persuasive communication to drive higher bids and close faster sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, understanding their preferences and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales and margin targets, contributing to both volume and profitability goals.
  • Manage assigned dealer portfolios, ensuring consistent service quality and performance.
  • Stay updated with UAE automotive trends, brand-specific resale values, and pricing benchmarks.
  • Support post-sale activities and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of car specs, features, and unique selling points across all major UAE brands.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in used vehicle pricing or sales in the UAE market.
  • Strong command of UAE resale market trends, including auction platforms and dealer networks.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Deep understanding of vehicle specifications and resale values across a variety of makes and models.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and commercially minded with a clear focus on KPIs and results.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced auction or sales environment.
  • A team player who’s also a problem-solver and target chaser.
