The Consultant Urologist will be responsible for providing specialized medical care and treatment for patients with disorders of the urinary tract and genital organs. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough initial consultations with patients to gather medical history, perform examinations, and order diagnostic tests.
2. Diagnose and treat various urological disorders, including but not limited to prostate enlargement, kidney stones, bladder issues, and urinary tract infections.
3. Perform surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries, to treat urological conditions.
4. Prescribe and manage medications, hormonal therapies, and other forms of treatment for patients.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.
6. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other medical professionals for ongoing care and treatment.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of urology through continuous education and professional development.

Requirements:

1. Medical degree and specialized training in Urology.
2. Valid medical license and board certification in Urology.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Proficient in performing minimally invasive and robotic surgeries.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work on-call shifts and weekends if required.
