We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Urologist to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is essential for providing high-quality urological care to our patients, diagnosing and managing a variety of urological conditions while ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses of patients with urological disorders.
2. Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans, incorporating both medical and surgical options.
3. Conduct a range of surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques, ensuring patient safety at all times.
4. Educate patients and their families about urological health, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care and support for complex cases.
6. Participate in ongoing training, research, and professional development activities.
7. Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in urology and integrate best practices into clinical care.

Minimum Requirements

1. MD or equivalent degree from an accredited medical school.
2. Completion of a residency program in Urology.
3. Board certification in Urology required.
4. At least 5 years of clinical experience in urology, with a focus on both surgical and nonsurgical treatment.
5. Extensive knowledge and experience in urological procedures.
6. Strong diagnostic skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
9. Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in the field of urology.
10. Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
