Urgently required HELPER for Constructions/Fitouts

Ontime Group is urgently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Helper for our Construction and Fit-Out projects. The successful candidate will assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks, contributing to the successful completion of projects with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and take down of construction sites and work areas
• Support skilled workers with their tasks and duties, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are met
• Help with basic measurements and preparations for construction tasks
• Follow instructions and adhere to project timelines
• Report any issues or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Helper in construction or fit-out projects is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts as required
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Must be available to start immediately
