Job Description: Business Development Manager – SaaS Product/Application Sales (UAE)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team, with a specific focus on driving SaaS product sales across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, a deep understanding of the local business environment, and a proven track record of selling SaaS solutions to businesses in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE across key sectors.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with decision-makers (C-level, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.).
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting and lead qualification to demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Understand customer needs and position SaaS products as effective business solutions.
  • Follow up diligently on inbound leads, referrals, and marketing-generated leads.
  • Leverage understanding of UAE’s business culture, regulatory requirements, and customer preferences.
  • Represent the company at local industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in CRM.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales forecasts, pipeline status, and strategic account plans.
  • Track and report KPIs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in the UAE market.
  • Proven track record of closing deals with mid-sized or enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE tech ecosystem, especially B2B software procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
