Job description

- Maintains a high level of alertness and professionalism at the front counter by anticipating and responding to VVIP guests' and potential clients' needs or queries.

- Coordinates conference room bookings, refreshments for meetings, and other special arrangements.

- Organizes postage and document courier services, handles mail, incoming & outgoing deliveries.

  • Arranges flight and hotel bookings for staff.
  • Books conference rooms for meetings, etc.
  • Procures stationery or other miscellaneous items.
  • Manages Etisalat business plans, including tracking deductions and acquiring new SIMs.
  • Liaises with ENOC to activate/deactivate VIP petrol fuel kits.
  • Performs other ad hoc administrative duties.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate with excellent communication and customer handling experience.

Age: 25 to 37 years.
