Job summary

Smart Resourcing International in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a QC Coating Engineer to lead coating and painting inspection on Oil & Gas projects. You will ensure compliance with QA/QC processes and coordinate with construction teams.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical/Metallurgical background, 8+ years in QC roles, and certifications in CSWIP/NACE/AMPP. English fluency is essential; ADNOC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification required.
• BGAS CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 2 / NACE Level 2 / AMPP certification.
• Minimum 8 years as a QC Engineer in Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands-on coating and painting inspection experience.
• Strong project quality auditing and reporting capabilities.
• ADNOC approval is preferable.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written skills.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
• BGAS CSWIP Painting Inspector Grade 2 / NACE Level 2 / AMPP Certified Coating Inspector certification.
• Minimum 8 years of total experience as a QC Engineer in Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands-on experience in coating and painting inspection.
• Good command of project quality auditing.
• Strong coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Previous experience certificates required.
• ADNOC approval is preferable.
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
