Job summary

Archirodon Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a QC Inspector (Painting & Coating) to join our quality controls team on a major EPC project in the UAE. You will review specifications, ensure coating and painting works meet project standards, and participate in material inspections.

The ideal candidate has a degree in mechanical engineering, 5+ years in coating QC in oil and gas, and familiarity with international codes including CSWIP/NACE. Fluency in English and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Coating & Painting QC Inspector in Oil & Gas.
• Familiar with Shell DEP’s and international codes & standards.
• NACE Level II or CSWIP / BGAS Grade 2.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with ADNOC projects preferred.
• Computer literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship and testing requirements related to Coating & Painting works.
• Performs verification inspection of work elements related to E&I works, to assure compliance with established procedures and Project’s specified requirements.
• Participates in on site receiving Inspection of Coating & Painting materials.
• Prepare, review of concrete specification, mix design and ITPs.
• Coating & Painting Testing Standards, Onshore & Offshore Construction (O&G) Inspections
