• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Job description

The candidate will report to the Technical Lead and support the delivery of assigned project sections.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing quality urban design analysis, benchmarking, and strategies.
• Preparing urban design proposals, 2D & 3D design simulations at urban/street block level.
• Preparing high-quality reports and presentations as required.
• Preparing deliverables and actively participating in key client meetings.
• Supporting stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, AutoCAD; experience with GIS software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in urban and regional planning projects of similar scale.
• Willingness to relocate to Oman for the project duration.
