Responsibilities

1. Create and prepare a wide variety of innovative and visually appealing cocktails
2. Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of beverages, ingredients, techniques, and current industry trends
3. Interact with guests to understand their preferences and suggest personalized drink options
4. Collaborate with the bar team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
5. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
6. Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations
7. Train and mentor junior staff members on mixology techniques

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of mixing techniques, recipes, and industry trends
2. Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers, along with a strong understanding of flavor profiles
3. Proficiency in using bar equipment and tools, such as shakers, muddlers, and strainers
4. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly environment for guests
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team

Compensation includes AED 2000 to 2900 + 375 Food allowance + 350 to 500 (Service charge Avg) + 600-800 Credit card tips + free sharing Accommodation + Transport + uniforms + Health insurance + air ticket (once every two years) + Paid leave as per UAE laws.
