Julius Baer in Dubai invites graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Programme, featuring three dynamic rotations and an international assignment. You will gain hands-on experience in wealth management and build a global network while laying the foundation for a thriving career.

The programme supports continuous development with mentorship and exposure to investment advisory activities, geared toward High Net Worth clientele within the Middle East region.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related field with above-average grades.
• Initial practical experience in finance (research, products, asset management).
• Passion for wealth management and desire to create value beyond wealth.
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, strong appetite for learning.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investment Advisory Team in Dubai during the programme rotations.
• Learn to advise High Net Worth individuals within a portfolio context.
• Assimilate Julius Baer’s investment views and apply them to portfolio proposals and reviews.
• Learn and use investment tools (pricing of structured products, OTC derivatives, portfolio analysis).
• Join and contribute investment ideas in team meetings.
• Provide active support in client management and discussions.
• Learn about all wealth management functions and Julius Baer’s operations.
• Adapt to different teams and environments across three rotations.

Your team:

As part of the Client Coverage & Advisory you will join Investment Advisory Team in Dubai, which plays a key role in covering and advising our key clients in the Middle East.

YOUR CHALLENGE

During the programme, you will:

• Support the team of established Investment Advisors in Dubai
• Learn to advise High Net Worth individuals, within a portfolio context (risk management approach), with their investments across asset classes and products
• Assimilate Julius Baer’s investment views and strategy, and apply these in portfolio proposals and reviews
• Learn and use all the tools at our disposal (pricing of structured products, OTC derivatives, portfolio analysis etc.)
• Join and contribute investment ideas in team meetings
• Provide active support in client management & discussions
• Learn about all the various functions in Wealth Management and, in particular, at Julius Baer
• Adapt to different teams and environments over the course of your 3 rotations

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences with above-average grades in finance or related field (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in finance, preferably relating to investments (research, products, asset management etc.)
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, with Arabic being a plus
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
