Overview

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for General Manager of United Arab Emirates.

As the General Manager of United Arab Emirates, you will be responsible for leading Unikie's MEA business and local subsidiary, driving business growth, expanding customer base.

You will be based in Unikie's local Abu Dhabi office.

You will manage Unikie's sales and a local team of 30+ engineers in UAE region.

You work closely with our customers and partners in the area as well as Unikie's global cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Unikie’s business and operations in the UAE
• Develop and drive sales growth of our SW services business in MEA region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients and partners
• Represent Unikie in industry events and local forums
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue and cost management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Report directly to the executive team and act as the primary signatory for the region

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and expanding business, preferably within the technology or software development sector
• Strong understanding of the UAE and MEA business environment
• Experience in managing business with full P&L responsibility
• Experience and proven results in software and services sales, preferably in MEA region
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Hand-on, entrepreneurial working attitude
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
