What you will do

  • Ensure all staff uniforms across various departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, spa, etc.) are properly cleaned, pressed, repaired, and stored. Maintain an accurate inventory of uniforms and related accessories.

  • Efficiently distribute uniforms to employees at designated times and collect them after use. Track issued uniforms by department and individual to prevent loss and ensure accountability.

  • Inspect uniforms regularly for wear and tear, stains, or damage. Coordinate with laundry services or vendors to ensure all uniforms meet the resort’s high standards of appearance and hygiene.

  • Maintain detailed records of uniform issuance, returns, repairs, and replacements. Prepare reports on uniform usage, inventory levels, and any discrepancies for management review.

  • Liaise closely with department heads to understand their uniform needs, handle special requests, and ensure timely delivery and availability of uniforms to support smooth daily operations across the resort.

What you bring

  • Previous experience in a the same role at the luxury hotel or resort.

  • Strong communicational skills in English.
