Job summary

The Cigna Group in Dubai, via Cigna Healthcare, seeks a proactive professional to support the Middle East and Africa markets. You will handle renewals for Individual and SME business and assist with Individual policy setup.

You will manage the underwriting team mailbox, prepare Tables of Benefits for renewals and new corporate inceptions, perform legal checks on quotes, and generate reports while adhering to internal guidelines and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support with renewals for Individual and SME business for Middle East and Africa markets.
• Work on Individual policy set up.
• Manage the individual underwriting team mailbox
• Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate.
• Perform legal check on new quote census.
• Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting.
• Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs
• Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.
• Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
• Support underwriters in other tasks, as needed.
