Job summary

Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Compliance role to plan and coordinate activities ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations in the Middle East. You will guide regional and international teams, gather compliance data, and support contract and benefit plan registrations with government portals.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance across ME region.
• Strong audit and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate operational activities to guarantee compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to regional and international teams on Middle East compliance.
• Undertake compliance data gathering and validation activities on a regular basis.
• Track and maintain data to support performance review and reporting.
• Maintain issue log to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct periodic internal audits and help formulate strategy to maintain compliance status.
• Stay updated with regulatory changes and provide inter-department training when needed.
• Collaborate with regional sales and client management teams on regulatory matters.
• Register benefit plans on government portals.
• Support preparation and management of client and broker contracts.
• Identify compliance risks and gather missing information to avoid non-compliance cases.
• Monitor and report adherence of compliance practices across the business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Job description

• Undertake compliance data gathering and validation activities on regular basis based on agreement level.

• Tracking and maintaining data on regular basis to support performance review and reporting.

• Maintain issue log to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.

• Conduct periodic internal audit identify problem areas and help formulate strategy to maintain compliance status.

• Stays updated with the regulatory requirement with the changes and impart inter-department training when needed.

• Closely partner with regional sales and client management teams to provide advice support and guidance on all regulatory and compliance matters.

• Registration of benefit plans on government portals

• Support with preparation and management of client and broker contracts

• Support the teams to identify all compliance risks help gather missing information and avoid non-compliance cases.

• Monitor and report adherence of compliance practice across business.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
