Job summary

Banke International Properties is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will advise clients across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets, delivering tailored property solutions while building long-term relationships.

This commission-based role rewards high performers with uncapped earning potential and access to premium listings, sophisticated CRM tools, and ongoing training in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial real estate experience is advantageous, but transferable sales experience is valued.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Valid UAE driving license (or ability to obtain/convert one).
• Ideally 2+ years of real estate experience; minimum 3 years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across commercial assets, including office spaces, retail units, industrial properties, warehouses, and mixed-use developments.
• Work with investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and business owners to deliver tailored property solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and operate in a commission-based environment.
