We offer a diverse library of anime series and films, accessible globally on web and mobile, and our mission is to captivate audiences with top-tier animated content inspired by both fictional and real-life stories.

About the Role

We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and visionary UI/UX Designer to elevate our digital interfaces across web and mobile. You'll craft visually stunning, intuitive designs that reflect the dynamic, imaginative essence of our animated content. You're passionate about user-centered design and possess the creative flair and technical mastery, especially in Figma, to translate user needs and business goals into compelling experiences.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Design user-friendly wireframes, user stories, journeys, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile
2. Solve UX challenges and boost user satisfaction with elegant, data-driven design solutions
3. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ensure a seamless experience across all platforms
4. Lead user research, testing, and iterative design based on feedback
5. Drive the design process from concept through final hand-off, maintaining high standards and pushing creative boundaries

Essentials Qualifications:

1. Proven UI/UX design experience, showcased in a strong portfolio of mobile-first projects
2. Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, design systems, collaboration)
3. Deep understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
4. Hands-on experience with user-centered methodologies, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping
5. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
