As we scale, we’re hiring a UI Designer who lives and breathes digital — this role is focused purely on web and mobile experiences.

You understand how user interfaces drive KPIs—be it conversion, engagement, or retention. You care about impact, not just aesthetics.

You observe systems and flows in daily life (think ATMs, airport check-ins) and apply those insights to your digital designs.

Responsibilities

• Translate UX concepts and requirements into high-fidelity UI designs for websites and web / mobile applications.
• Work in Figma to create responsive layouts, components, and design systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, development, and project management.
• Participate in discovery sessions, design reviews, and client calls.
• Support UX activities like user journeys, wireframing, and low-fidelity prototyping as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web / digital products (agency or fast-paced digital team experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio with responsive web and / or mobile UI work. (Portfolios focused on branding or print design will not be considered.)
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus).
• Familiarity with UX principles and ability to support user flow creation.
• Understanding of design systems , atomic design , and responsive frameworks .
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
