Job description

Responsible for providing leadership and management of UAT development, focusing on strategic testing processes and procedures to enable testing activities and ensure that company standards and specifications are met.

The duties and responsibilities include multichannel application test management, communication, test reporting, test planning, defect, and data management.

The UAT Lead will collaborate with counterparts in other business units and technical areas to ensure effective end-to-end testing for all products.

The UAT Lead will perform various types of testing, including user acceptance, functional, regression, and usability testing.

The UAT Lead should ensure that defects raised during testing are retested and closed, with close monitoring of outstanding defects and follow-up with vendors.

This role includes ensuring the testing strategy and process align with industry best practices, staying abreast of relevant testing standards, and communicating this direction effectively to senior leadership, engineers, and other stakeholders to support testing efforts.
