Job summary

DiceTek UAE is seeking a UAT Specialist to execute end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for ADVENT applications in Dubai. This role involves validating investment operations systems and ensuring business requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience performing UAT for ADVENT platforms including APX, MOXY and ARM.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, portfolio accounting or wealth management systems.
• Experience with structured test planning, documentation and defect tracking methodologies.
• Familiarity with financial services or asset management environments.
• Ability to analyze complex data flows and validate system outputs.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries or data validation techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and execute UAT test scenarios and detailed test cases for ADVENT applications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Validate workflows, portfolio data accuracy, reporting outputs and system integrations.
• Identify, log and track defects through resolution using structured defect management tools.
• Coordinate with development and application support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage aligned with business processes and compliance standards.
• Prepare UAT status reports, sign-off documentation and maintain complete test evidence records.
• Support post-release validation and production verification activities.
• Manage multiple UAT cycles and maintain timelines across project phases.
