Job summary

Petit Forestier Group seeks a hands-on Technical & Workshop Manager for UAE operations, focusing on running the workshop, leading technicians, and driving reliability and safety across fleet maintenance.

You will manage budgets, oversee preventive maintenance, and collaborate with the Country Manager on technical strategy and supplier relationships. This role requires strong leadership, technical fluency in refrigeration systems, and on-floor problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a vehicle workshop or technical operation.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, including refrigeration systems.
• Leadership of a technical team with hands-on involvement on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UAE workshop team and manage day-to-day performance and budget.
• Oversee maintenance plans, preventive and corrective work across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and bodywork.
• Source parts, negotiate with suppliers, and manage external repair partners.
