Al Shamil Investment & Real Estate Developing in Sharjah seeks an experienced Accountant to maintain precise financial records, lead ledgers, and accounting documents, supporting daily transactional activity across sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.

You will prepare invoices, vouchers, and journal entries, manage payables and receivables, reconcile bank accounts, and generate monthly to annual financial reports while ensuring VAT compliance and UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, bank reconciliation, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounting documents.
• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash balances, and financial accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, profit and loss reports, and balance sheets.
• Monitor company expenses, petty cash, and cash flow.
• Prepare and verify VAT calculations and assist with VAT return preparation and filing in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation for VAT, audits, and other financial transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and customer balances.
• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, customers, and auditors regarding financial matters.
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel to maintain records and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and applicable financial regulations.
