Job summary

UpMan Placements in the UAE is looking for three female telecallers to join our team. You will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explain our products and services, generate leads, and follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp to drive sales.

Candidates should reside in the UAE on a spouse/dependent visa, have strong English communication, and be confident, target-oriented, and presentable; immediate joiners are preferred, with prior telecalling or sales

Qualifications

• Female candidates currently residing in the UAE.
• Must be on a spouse/dependent visa.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Malayalam/Hindi/Arabic will be an advantage.
• Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products/services and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer responses.
• Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service.
