Job summary

KLOUDAC is a UAE-based professional services firm providing accounting, tax and financial reporting services to SMEs. We seek a Senior Manager to lead the technical review and delivery of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and IFRS reporting assignments.

The role requires a Chartered Accountant with extensive UAE experience, capable of supervising managers and accountants, strengthening internal controls, and delivering audit-ready, tax-compliant records for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized professional accounting body.
• Minimum five years of UAE experience in accounting, auditing, tax or professional services.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT legislation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statement preparation.
• Experience managing multiple client portfolios and statutory deadlines.
• Proven experience reviewing the work of accountants, tax professionals, and managers.
• Experience dealing with external auditors, the FTA, and senior client stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of accounting systems, reconciliations, audit working papers, and tax-supporting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop tax managers, accounting managers, senior accountants, and other team members.
• Coordinate with clients to understand business operations, reporting requirements, tax positions and compliance risks.
• Review complex accounting and tax matters and explain them clearly to clients and teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of staff.
