Job summary

CADD EMIRATES COMPUTER TRADING L.L.C in Abu Dhabi invites a Structural Draftsman with 4+ years in construction to join our team. You will produce detailed structural and shop drawings, ensure compliance with UAE standards, and support project teams with timely documentation.

Candidates experienced in AutoCAD, concrete and steel detailing, and interpreting structural drawings are preferred; immediate joiners or those available within a week will be favored.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Structural Draftsman within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience in structural concrete and steel detailing.
• Ability to interpret structural engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of UAE construction practices and standards.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiner or available to join within a week.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, or mixed-use building projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, shop drawings, and reinforcement detailing based on engineering designs.
• Develop concrete, steel, foundation, and structural layout drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, and site personnel.
• Revise drawings as per project requirements and engineer comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, UAE standards, and authority requirements.
• Maintain drawing records and adhere to company drafting standards.
• Support project execution teams by providing accurate and timely drawings.
