Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank seeks a senior professional to lead UAE Global Custody operations, overseeing settlement processing and client delivery across UAE, Egypt and GCC. You will drive adherence to regulatory standards, manage teams, and coordinate with MISR HUP, SSO and external partners to ensure timely accurate processing.

Qualifications

• 12 years related experience in securities services or back office operations
• Strong understanding of securities services and accounting activities
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end settlement and custody processing across UAE GCC
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Mentor and manage Custody Operations staff
• Coordinate with global teams (FAB MISR HUP, UAE SSO) to deliver services
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs; manage risk and incident reporting
