Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is seeking an experienced settlement specialist to monitor and process daily settlements across domestic, regional and international markets for equities, funds and fixed income. You will validate instructions, ensure timely matching, and communicate with clients and counterparties to support accurate settlement.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring and processing of settlement processes across domestic, regional and international markets for equities, mutual funds, fixed income, hedge funds, ETFs and securities lending/borrowing.
• Validate client and market instructions and ensure timely settlement.
• Communicate with clients, counterparties, markets, sub‑custodians and issuers regarding settlement status.
• Support system upgrades and project work related to settlement processing.
• Adhere to quality controls, risk parameters and regulatory requirements.
