Sia Partners Middle East is looking to grow its team in Abu Dhabi with resources experienced in customer experience and service design. The ideal candidate should have demonstrable knowledge of tools and practices related to these topics and be capable of participating in team efforts to design client processes (B2B and B2C) and improve the culture towards customer excellence. The resource will collaborate with local and international teams to identify suitable tools and practices, enhancing our regional capabilities.
This role is pivotal in supporting project delivery, go-to-market activities, and initiatives within our Middle East team, across various sectors. The consultant will ensure diligent monitoring of services that deliver value to clients and the broader ecosystem.
