Job summary

myZoi Financiallusion Technologies is seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to support UAE regulatory compliance, focusing on gap assessments, policy enhancements, and remediation activities. UAE-CBUAE, AML/CFT/CPF knowledge with 1LOD and 2LOD experience is essential.

The role involves reviewing policies, drafting CFCC procedures, and closing identified gaps with supporting evidence, working with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Regulatory Compliance within UAE financial services.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations (CBUAE, AML/CFT/CPF) and FATF standards.
• Experience across 1LOD and 2LOD with policy and runbook updates.
• Ability to map regulatory requirements to existing controls and close gaps.
• Strong documentation and remediation planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analyses against UAE regulatory requirements including CBUAEnotices and FATF standards.
• Review policies and runbooks to identify gaps and improvements.
• Draft and enhance CFCC policies and procedures to align with regulations.
• Lead remediation initiatives and provide evidence for closures.
• Collaborate with 1LOD and 2LOD to strengthen controls and oversight.
• Maintain documentation and gap assessment records for audits.
