Job summary

Bilfinger Middle East is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support services and materials sourcing for Oil & Gas, EPC, and Industrial sectors in the UAE. The role requires hands-on experience in service and technical material procurement, supplier negotiations, and contract management.

The ideal candidate will manage supplier performance, drive cost optimization, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Projects, and Finance to align procurement with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business admin, engineering, or related field.
• 4–5 years procurement experience in UAE.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities following company policies.
• Source and procure materials including pipes, fittings, valves, and construction materials.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate quotations, and draft commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate prices, terms, payment conditions, lead times, and contracts with suppliers.
• Create and manage POs and service orders; ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, logistics, manpower services; manage supplier networks.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and support audit readiness.
