Al Gahwa Al Arabiya L.L.C is hiring a Public Relations Officer in Abu Dhabi to manage government affairs, visas, licenses, and labour compliance. You will coordinate with government departments, renewals, and maintain records for employees and the company.

The ideal candidate has UAE PRO experience, knowledge of government procedures and labour regulations, and the ability to work independently. A driving license is a plus and the package includes medical insurance and a company visa.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of relevant UAE PRO experience.
• Knowledge of UAE government procedures and labour regulations.
• Understanding of visa, labour, licensing and company processes.
• Ability to handle PRO and government work independently.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Handle employee-related government and administrative matters.
• Process new and renewal of employment visas and related documentation.
• Manage company government transactions and requirements.
• Handle Trade License and Tenancy Contract renewals.
• Coordinate with Civil Defence and Hassantuk for company requirements.
• Manage labor-related matters in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Liaise with government departments on behalf of the company.
• Maintain accurate employee and company records.
• Ensure licenses, permits and visas are renewed on time.
