As the Vice President - Internal Audit, you will lead the internal audit function and provide strategic oversight across risk management, governance, and compliance. 1. Lead and manage the internal audit function across all business units and subsidiaries.
2. Develop and implement risk-based audit plans aligned with organisational objectives.
3. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance governance, risk, and control frameworks.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and audit committee.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and best practices.
6. Oversee the preparation and presentation of audit reports and follow-up on findings.

Minimum Requirements

1. UAE National with Dubai Family Book.
2. 15+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
3. Prior experience within government or semi-government entities in the UAE is strongly preferred.
4. Recognised audit qualifications such as CIA, CPA, or CA.
5. Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks and enterprise risk management.
6. Proven track record of working with executive leadership and audit committees.
7. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
