Description

1. Lead the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
2. Supervise a team of AR accountants and support their development.
3. Manage customer accounts, monitor ageing reports, and follow up on outstanding payments.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes and improve billing processes.
5. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
6. Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting.

Minimum Requirements

1. UAE National with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
3. Strong understanding of billing systems, ERP tools, and AR best practices.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
