We are currently seeking a superstar Talent Acquisition Assistant - UAE National looking to thrive within our People and Cultureteam. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing?

Recruitment & Emiratization Support:

  • Support the Emiratization strategy by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for UAE National candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and manage candidate communication with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards.
  • Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Administrative & Ad Hoc HR Support:

  • Assist with preparing offer letters, onboarding documentation, and HR records.
  • Support with careers fairs, university events, and Emirati graduate program logistics.
  • Manage job postings and ensure alignment across platforms.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the People & Culture team on various projects and initiatives.

What We Look For:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR coordination role (internships included).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with candidates at all levels.
  • A genuine interest in supporting Emiratization and local talent development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ATS systems is a plus
