Overview of the role:
The Group AI Office Senior Change Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and uptake of AI initiatives across the Group, through a robust change and communication strategy.
The primary responsibility will be working with stakeholders across Al-Futtaim’s various business divisions and corporate functions to devise and implement change management plans and communications centred around AI initiatives, tools and resources to maximize their adoption both for individual employee level in their day-to-day work as well as driving utilization by the divisions and functions in their AI own initiatives.
The Senior Manager will work very closely with the Group Chief AI officer, the Executive Director of Technology & AI Strategy and the broader Group AI Office team to ensure that change initiatives are strategically aligned and executed to plan to reach adoption & utilization goals, whilst ensuring buy-in and approval from the relevant stakeholders, so that the change objectives and value of AI can be fully realized for the Group.
