UAE National - Procurement Manager

As a Procurement Manager you will take charge of end-to-end procurement operations. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including corporate services procurement, office fit-outs, and refurbishments, while engaging with international stakeholders.

Description

1. Manage the full procurement cycle, from handling stakeholder requests to vendor on-boarding.
2. Conduct RFPs, vendor research, cost analysis, and negotiations to ensure value-driven procurement.
3. Collaborate with international stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
4. Lead procurement for corporate services, office fit-outs, refurbishments, and other key projects.
5. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

1. 6+ years of procurement experience, with a strong background in vendor management and cost negotiations.
2. Experience in procuring corporate services and managing office fit-outs/refurbishments is highly preferred.
3. Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. A proactive professional looking to step up into a managerial role.
