We are currently seeking a superstar Partner Services Assistant - UAE National looking to thrive within our Planning team. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is responsible for supporting and guiding marketplace vendors on all day-to-day activities while connecting with internal stakeholders to deliver 360-degree support and seamless vendor experience.

What you’ll be doing?

  1. Supporting and guiding marketplace vendors on daily activities and liaising with internal stakeholders.
  2. Building and managing relationships with existing and new vendors, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  3. Training vendors and implementing best practices to improve efficiency.
  4. Managing vendor engagement activities such as communication emails and Knowledge Centre updates.
  5. Contributing to operational solutions based on vendor needs, representing the operational voice of vendors.
  6. Being the central contact point, ensuring the process from Purchase Order to product go-live is followed, with stakeholder updates.
  7. Supporting the Account Management team with vendor-related inquiries.
  8. Utilizing platform tools to proactively support vendors.
  9. Upholding Customer Service Standards and reporting exceptions for review.
  10. Identifying best practices for efficient, consistent service delivery to stakeholders.
  11. Focusing on KPIs and seeking solutions for recurring issues.
  12. Adapting to changing priorities and supporting other departmental roles as needed.
