Support the review of project and finance documents, conducting commercial and financial due diligence on new and existing projects.Structure and negotiate financing agreements with lenders and investors.Evaluate financial models, conduct valuations, and assess investment returns, sensitivities, and project feasibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect business inputs into key project and finance documents.Analyze commercial challenges across project phases and negotiate practical solutions with stakeholders.Prepare management reports and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and business cases.Ensure alignment with internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
