Job Description
A prominent technology client is looking for active business development executive for its operation in Dubai. As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new client acquisition for employer's advisory and technology services. You will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand its market presence across the UAE. This role combines prospecting, relationship-building, and sales strategy execution to meet revenue targets and support the company's expansion goals
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and leverage personal networks to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to engage prospects through LinkedIn, social media, and targeted messaging.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to connect with potential clients.
- Keep the CRM updated with lead details, interactions, and progress, ensuring smooth handovers to the pre-sales and technical team.
- Identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
- Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting our HR software solutions effectively.
- Work closely with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Assist in preparing sales collateral, proposals, and presentations as needed to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine messaging for better engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts against the targets and present to management
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and outreach
- Conduct initial product demos to showcase features and capabilities of the SaaS product.
Requirements
Must be an Emirati National.1-2 years of Sales experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B sales.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, Communications, or a related field.Strong communication and persuasion skills, with confidence in cold calling and pitching.Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads simultaneously.Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Freshworks, Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.Willingness to travel for events and clients meetings as required.Benefits
Salary budget is AED 7,000 - 10000 (Depending on experience) plus commissions + bonuses incentives + Plus NAFIS for NAFIS registered Emirati candidates.
