Job description

We are seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full time on site role for UAE National fresh graduates who are motivated to build a long term career in the insurance industry and gain hands on exposure to insurance operations within a professional corporate environment.

What you will do

• Support day to day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting, finance, claims, compliance or customer service.
• Assist with insurance documentation, data entry, policy records, and internal reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Learn and adhere to insurance regulations, company policies and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Support team members with operational and administrative requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Willing to work full‑time from the office (5 days a week).
