Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in Dubai is seeking a Junior Insurance Executive to join the team for a full-time, on-site role. This opportunity targets UAE National fresh graduates motivated to build a long-term career in the insurance industry within a professional corporate environment.

You will support day-to-day insurance operations, assist with documentation and data entry, coordinate with internal teams, and learn insurance regulations and company policies while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, accounting, economics, or related discipline.
• UAE National with valid Family Book (mandatory).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
• Willing to work full-time from the office (5 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Support day to day insurance operations across functions such as underwriting finance claims compliance or customer service.
• Assist with insurance documentation data entry policy records and internal reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
• Learn and adhere to insurance regulations company policies and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality of information.
• Support team members with operational and administrative requirements as needed.
