We are expanding our UAE team and are seeking talented graduates to join us in delivering engineering, design, and consultancy solutions across various sectors.

Role

As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will participate in our Graduate Development Program aimed at developing future leaders and technical specialists. The program offers hands-on experience, mentoring, and a variety of developmental activities. You will work on diverse projects within the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and internationally.

The program lasts two years, during which you will develop skills in decision-making, communication, technical expertise, and leadership. We support your growth towards chartered status and provide exposure to a broad range of projects.

Location

Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver technical assignments and work packages under supervision.
2. Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
3. Utilize engineering software for design tasks.
4. Participate in site visits and design team meetings.
