We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Marine Scientist at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

Our Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders and technical specialists.

During the two-year global graduate development program, graduates will work on projects across Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and internationally. Your contribution will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills.

We offer mentoring, diverse development activities, on-the-job experience, exposure to various projects, and support toward gaining chartered status in your field.

Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai

You will work on various projects, applying your skills in different environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge grows.
