Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

GHD's Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders and technical specialists.

During our two-year global graduate development program, graduates will work with our teams on projects across Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and internationally. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills.

We offer mentoring, diverse development activities, on-the-job experience, exposure to various projects, and support for gaining chartered status in your field.

Location

Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai offices.

You will work on different projects and apply your skills in various environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assignments, work packages, and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Use software for engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings as needed.
