We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

Our Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders and technical specialists. During the two-year global graduate development program, our graduates will work with teams across the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and internationally. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills. We offer mentoring, diverse projects, on-the-job experience, and support toward gaining chartered status.

Location

Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, you will be involved in various projects, applying your skills in different environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge increases.
