We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in various development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

GHD's Graduate Program aims to develop future leaders and technical specialists. During our two-year global graduate development program, graduates will work on a variety of projects in Water, Energy, Industrial, Property, and Buildings sectors, both in the UAE and overseas. Your contributions will positively impact the environment and communities.

While learning about our business, values, team, and yourself, you will develop decision-making, communication, technical, and leadership skills. We offer mentoring, diverse projects, on-the-job experience, and support towards gaining chartered status.

Location

Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, you will be involved in various projects, applying your skills in different environments. Your role will evolve as your knowledge increases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical assignments, work elements, work packages, and project engineering design activities under supervision.
• Conduct numerical analysis and prepare technical reports.
• Utilize software for engineering design.
• Participate in site visits and design team meetings as required.
