Etihad Airways in the United Arab Emirates is launching a UAE National Cadet Pilot Programme. The program offers a structured two-year training path including ground school, flight simulations, and practical training to meet flight qualifications.

Selected candidates will receive staged salaries during training and upon progression to first officer, with mentoring from senior pilots and a focus on safety, SOPs and regulatory compliance throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• UAE National status required.
• Minimum age 18–29.
• Minimum height 160 cm.
• IELTS 5.5 or EmSAT English 1250.
• Male applicants must have completed or be exempt from UAE National Service.

Responsabilités

• Undergo a structured two-year training program to obtain necessary flight qualifications, including ground school in UAE and overseas, flight simulations, and practical flying training.
• Receive mentoring from experienced instructor pilots throughout training and adhere to safety SOPs and regulatory requirements.
